This Black & White Feather Necklace w/ black leather trim inside is a one-of-a-kind piece handmade by the designer in her home studio. Made from .925 sterling silver, deerskin leather, rooster feather, and .925 sterling silver cable chain. Inspiration come from Native American culture. “Native American warriors were awarded a feather when they won a battle or were particularly brave in war.” As this runs parallel with own battle story of survival and perseverance, my feather pieces are some of the most meaningful pieces in my collection to me.
